Weekend Workout 1
If you're stuck for something to do in the gym this weekend, maybe try this bodyweight circuit for a quick and effective workout.
The workout has 3 rounds of 4 exercises.
Perform each exercise for 30 seconds resting 15 seconds in between each.
Work through the 4 exercises 3 times, this will take 9 minutes.
Rest 1.30min in between each round.
The whole workout will take just over 30 minutes.
Fast Mountain Climbers
Marine Squat Thrusts
Foot Touch Mountain Climbers
Strider Mountain Climbers
Full Star Jumps
