THE ELITE PROGRAM

  • 1 x Introductory Personal Training session
  • Unlimited Sweat and Strong sessions per week
  • Nutritional guidance and metric tracking support
  • Regular check ins with your coach
  • Opportunity to upgrade to the Elite Plus Program for added accountability and support

THE LEVEL UP PROGRAM

  • A 12 week intensive personal training program
  • Unlimited small group personal training sessions per week

  • Most definitely!

    Our Elite sessions are designed to challenge all ability levels, all you have to do to improve is give YOUR best effort.

    A coach is always on hand in every workout to scale any exercise that you’re struggling with. And if you need to, there’s absolutely no issue with sitting out a section or taking some extra rests until you’re feeling able to complete everything on the board.

  • YES! In fact we always recommend it to every potential client we speak to.

    Try out the journey to the gym, make sure it works for your schedule.

    Watch a session in action, so that you can:

    a) See what’s involved for yourself.

    b) Reduce those first workout nerves.

    c) See if it’s something you could see yourself participating in.

  • All payments and bookings are done through the Mindbody app. After becoming a member you simply download the app to your phone and manage everything through that.

  • In short, yes. Obviously this will need to be addressed on a case by case basis.

    However, provided you have the all clear from your doctor, pretty much all sessions and exercises can be ‘tweaked’ to enable you to continue to train around most issues.

  • Yep! Loads in fact.

    To the front of the mill there is ample free street parking and to the rear we also have a huge free car park.

    Parking has not once been an issue for a member in the entire time we have been located at Houldsworth Mill.

  • Nope.

    You can join The Elite Program at absolutely any point in the month. Your membership is handled by the Mindbody app and your monthly pass will run from the date you set as your date of activation.

    We aim to run The Level Up Program 3 times a year. Contact us to find out when the next 12 week program starts.

  • We have spacious separate changing rooms for both men and women. Both complete with showers, mirrors and hair dryers.

    We also have a separate kitchen area and toilet.

  • Our Elite sessions are 45 minutes long.

    Level Up Program sessions depend on your individual programming but are usually 45-60 minutes long.

  • You can.

    Each week you will use our booking app, Mindbody, to book on to the sessions that work best for your schedule that week.

    You can chop and change as much as you need to, so that you can attend as many workouts as possible.
