At Sweat Shed we've always done things a little differently. So when it came to running Yoga classes we had to give it a Shed twist as well. We love our Yoga and we love our Hip Hop. So it was just too tempting for us to combine the two. 

In these sessions you get 60 minutes of our blend of Flow, Holds and Banging Hip Hop Beats. There are no mirrors in the candle-lit studio. The combination of the darkness and the music will help you switch off from the outside world and truly allow you to concentrate on getting your session popping. Join us for the best hour of your day. You'll leave these sessions feeling strong and ready to take on anything life has to throw at you.

This is not your average Traditional Yoga class so we ask that you come with an open mind and take an hour long vacation for some nutritious movement.

THE SLOW JAM is a slightly different session to our usual HIP HOP YOGA class. The pace will be slower and the playlist more "chill".

There's definitely a more Yin style approach to the sequencing, having said that still be prepared to sweat and work. This is a great class to take in the evening when all you want to do is wind down and chill out.

The perfect stress busting class. This is your time to forget everything and punch some things. This class combines boxing pad work with short bursts of interval training using bodyweight movements and equipment. Expect to sweat, strengthen your core, learn to punch and by the end feel like you could take on Rocky himself.

This class is a "Circuit" style workout, combining body weight, barbell, dumbbell, kettlebell, sandbag and sled exercises to provide a FULL BODY STRENGTH WORKOUT (with a little less of the cardio) that's designed to end your weakness.

This membership is an auto renewing 1 month contract with no minimum term that can be cancelled at any time.

- Single Session Drop In - £8 (1 month expiry)

- 4 Class Pass - £30 (2 month expiry)

- 10 Class Pass - £65 (3 month expiry)

- 20 Class Pass - £100 (6 month expiry)



All class sign ups are conducted through the MindBody App. Failure to book via the app could result in you being unable to train.  

Class sign up for all sessions closes 60 minutes prior to class start time.

All classes can be booked up to 30 days in advance.   

We have a 12 hour cancellation policy. Any sessions cancelled with less than 12 hour notice will be charged to your account without exception. Including those members added to a session from the waiting list who then cancel within 12 hours / no show. 

The transfer of sessions is not permitted. All class passes, packs and unlimited passes are non transferable and may only be used for the intended client.
Late Policy. All classes start on time and we do not allow late access once the session has started. Any member turning up late to a session may find the studio door is locked and will as a result be treated as a cancelation / no show.

We do not offer refunds on any class purchases, including single classes, class packs or unlimited passes. 

To make use of our waiting list function you are required to  purchase one of the class passes. Should you not make it onto the session you desire, that class pass will remain a credit on your account for you to book on to a future session.
