What is it?

They are Semi Private Personal Training sessions, designed for motivated beginners and advanced individuals looking to become STRONGER, FITTER and LEANER than ever before! Only consider this program if you are focussed and dedicated to making serious progress with your physique and fitness goals.

 

If you want to BUILD LEAN MUSCLE, STRIP STUBBORN BODY FAT and RAMP UP YOUR FITNESS LEVELS...
These sessions will bring you the results you crave in the fastest possible time!

 

Where is it?

You will train in one of Manchester's original underground warehouse gyms, SWEAT SHED, established over 5 years ago located in the centre of Stockport.

 

How does it work?

- You will train in small groups (between 1-6 clients) of highly motivated like minded people. All working hard to achieve their individual goals.

 

- First decide on 1 or 2 SEMI PRIVATE PERSONAL TRAINING Sessions per week.

 

- You then have the choice of 5 sessions throughout the week to attend, this should enable you to train around your other commitments outside of the gym.

- Then all you have to do is turn up! It's that simple! You will be guided through each of your sessions by your trainer and the group training atmosphere will ensure that you are never lacking motivation to push harder!

This type of training has achieved amazing results for us. The group atmosphere has proved very popular with clients, both new to Personal Training and those who perhaps have previously tried 1-1 training in the past. Motivation in these group sessions, with clients training among their peers is very high! You’ll soon become an integral part of an amazing group training atmosphere. Where each and every client helps spur others on simply by being involved and working hard on their own session!

All Small Group Personal Training clients will have their own personalised program designed around their goals and aspirations, which is modified every week and fully reviewed every 4 weeks to ensure constant progress. They then book and attend a Small Group Personal Training Session and get to work! Clients share the unit NOT their session or their program! When you factor in the more affordable session rates, due to sharing the time slot, the unit and the coaching, you see why Small Group Personal Training is so popular.
